Situated on a 100-acre rural site in Brampton, northwest of Toronto, Gore Meadows Recreation Centre is part of a 243-acre park and recreation area. The greater phased plan incorporates a multipurpose outdoor space with a skating pond, soft and hard landscaping and outdoor play features, as well as indoor facilities which include aquatics and fitness centres and a library, due to be completed in 2016.

Searles Surveying prepared Reference Plans to describe the subject lands, various construction phases and road widenings. Searles Surveying also conducted Topographical Surveys with cross sections for use by the project’s geotechnical consultant for the preparation of a slope stability analysis.
